Farm fun!!!
We made our dramatic play area into a farm stand!
We added hay into our sensory table with various farm animals and tractors. We also added an apple matching game with all the children's names.
We discussed the types of vegetables and fruits that grow on a farm.
We painted with Indian corn to experiment with the use of texture in artwork and we used magnifying glasses to explore the various types of lines in the corn itself and to learn to pay attention to fine details.
